PROOF OF FUNDING FOR MR. MURTALA ABDULRAHMAN (730035916)

I write from the Petroleum Technology Development Fund (PTDF), an agency of the Federal Government of Nigeria established with the mandate to build capacities and capabilities in the oil, gas, and energy sector through human capital development, institutional strengthening, and educational interventions.

2. The above named student has secured an admission from the University of Exeter leading to a Masters degree in MSc Financial Analysis and Fund Management.
3. This is to confirm that Mr. Abdulrahman has been awarded full PTDF sponsorship. The scholarship covers full payment of tuition fees (£32,000.00) as invoiced by the University. The award also covers payment for living expenses inclusive of accommodation totaling £13,800 per annum, paid to the scholar for the entire duration of the PTDF scholarship (13 calendar months from September 04, 2023).
4. In addition, cost of visa application, issuance of a return air-ticket and funding for medical checks as well as any health insurance requirements shall be provided by the Fund.
5. Kindly accept this as a Financial Guarantee to waive any financial conditions that may hinder the registration and/or allocation of accommodation to the student.
6. At the end of the students’ registration exercise, we expect that invoices with the student’s name, amount and fees payable (full tuition) will be forwarded to PTDF for payment.
